DIR-One is a cool little LAM, lightweight and simple. One day it just stopped working. Contacted 3EIR and David took care of me right away!

So far I’m loving this unit. It used to be you can only get really cheap lams or really expensive lams, this is right in the middle and closes that gap. Plus this thing is powerful. Can’t say enough good things about this unit. David was a huge help informing me about the unit and fulfilling my order. Will be getting another unit in the near future soon.Show more

Had a problem with an element in my laser, first few hundred made (old model) contacted the company had it sent in for evacuation. It had the guts replaced and sent back in a little over a week do to holiday, great experience, good group of guys, laser was rezeroed at the shop and sent back, confirmed there zero spot on ready for use, cheers guys great product, I will not use only one else….Show more
